EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY
Terms of use, delivery policy, exchange and return of products
Please read this Terms of Use carefully, as it is the document that will regulate conduct when using this website. When using our online store, you will be adhering to all terms and expressly agreeing to the conditions set out for its use.

We reserve the right to make changes to services, products, prices, qualities, quantities, information and any other materials, as well as to terminate its activities at any time without the need to send any prior notice to you, and without it being your responsibility. the right to any compensation.

We guarantee the user of this website the confidentiality of all data provided. We undertake not to provide your email or personal data to third parties.
- ABOUT REGISTRATION
Registration is necessary to make purchases on this website. From now on, it is agreed that the personal data provided in the electronic registration are true and proper, and that you will be responsible for all damages and/or losses that the false information may imply.
- CONDUCT ON THE SITE
When accessing our online store, you undertake not to send, upload or transmit any material that contains codes or viruses, as well as not to use a false identity and not to conduct yourself in a vulgar, inappropriate or offensive manner while using this service, under penalty of permanent removal of content considered inappropriate to the terms or immediate cancellation of the account, without prejudice to liability for any losses or damages caused.
- DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY
We and our agents will not be responsible for any loss or damage, direct or indirect, arising from: (a) any inaccuracy or lack of completeness of information, delays, interruptions, errors or omissions in the provision of data contained on this website; (b) any decision or action taken by the user or third party based on this information.
- REFUND FOR REPENTANCE OR WITHDRAWAL
In the event of withdrawal before receiving the product, you must refuse the product upon delivery and notify us, as we will arrange the cancellation within 10 (ten) calendar days after receiving the product in our store again.
If you receive the product and wish to cancel your purchase, you have the right to return it and receive a refund of the value of your order. The deadline for canceling the purchase is 07 (seven) calendar days from receipt of the product. Remembering that the product must be returned exactly as it arrived, in the same pristine condition, and may be subject to evaluation. The order will only be canceled if the product shows no signs of use, accompanied by an invoice, manual and all its accessories.
The order will be canceled after we have analyzed the product. The analysis will be carried out within 7 (seven) business days, counting from the receipt of the product in our store again.
If the product meets the requirements above, the amount paid will be refunded according to the payment options below:
Credit card: You will be asked to cancel the debt from your card administrator. If a debt has already occurred, the refund of the installment(s) paid may occur in up to 02 (two) subsequent invoices. Please note that this procedure is the responsibility of the issuing bank.
PIX: the refund will be made to the same current account where the payment was made.
- REFUND OF CANCELED ORDER AMOUNT
The amount paid will be refunded according to the payment options below:
Credit card: your card administrator will be notified and the refund will occur in up to two subsequent invoices.
PIX: the refund will be made to the same current account where the payment was made.
For purchases made in installments, the refund will follow the procedures of the financial agent involved.
In case of return, refunds will only be processed after receipt and analysis of the condition of the product(s) in our store again.
The refund will be made for the total value of the returned/cancelled product, excluding shipping costs.
We are not responsible for canceling or repairing any product that shows signs of misuse.
- PRODUCT EXCHANGE – MODEL DIVERGENCE and/OR IRREGULARITY IN QUALITY
Check the product immediately upon delivery. If there is any discrepancy with the product or the quality of delivery, refuse and record the reason for the return on the back of the invoice. Do not sign any other documents.
As soon as the carrier informs you about the return, our team will arrange a new order and send the product.
If you receive the merchandise and it presents any discrepancies, it must be without signs of use, accompanied by an invoice, manual and all its accessories so that it can be replaced with another product of the same type (model and brand). The deadline for contacting our Customer Service Center is 7 (seven) calendar days from receipt of the product. The exchange or cancellation of the order will only be carried out after we have analyzed the product. The deadline for carrying out the exchange will depend on the availability of the same product model in our stock and will be informed via email or telephone. If the product is unavailable in our stock, it may be replaced by another similar product at the same price. However, if you do not want the similar product, you have the right to request cancellation of the purchase.
- EXCHANGE OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
The exchange request must be communicated to the customer within 7 (seven) calendar days, counting from the date of receipt. Within this period, the customer has the right to request an exchange, as long as it is accompanied by a technical report from one of the accredited technical assistance agencies and the product is free from signs of misuse, accompanied by an invoice, manual and all its accessories.
If the product purchased on our website is defective after 7 (seven) days from the date of receipt, but within the product's warranty period, you must contact us to communicate the fact and obtain clarification.
PRODUCT EXCHANGE BY SIZE
If the product needs to be exchanged according to size, the customer will be responsible for shipping costs back to us. To avoid inconvenience, we ask that you consult our measurement table. The deadline for requesting a size exchange is up to 30 calendar days after purchase.
Note: We will not make exchanges based on size or model of products purchased on sale. In case of regret or dissatisfaction, we will refund the purchase (the consumer has 10 calendar days after receiving the purchase to make the request). In cases of defect or vice, the right to exchange is reserved according to the consumer's code.
- DEADLINE
Delivery will take place according to the payment option selected at the time of purchase, and will depend on confirmation of payment by the entity responsible for the payment method. Due to manual production processes, delivery time varies depending on several factors, between 15 and 20 business days.
For shoes made in a limited series, or sold in pre-sale, the delivery time can vary between 20 and 30 days.
- DELIVERY PROCEDURE
If our delivery person cannot find anyone at the indicated location, they will make up to three attempts.
Confirm the measurements with the packaging of the purchased product, whether it is compatible with the measurements of the delivery address, for example passage through doors, gates, elevators, stairs and custom furniture.
If delivery does not occur and it is not possible to locate the indicated address, we will contact you via email and telephone to confirm the address.
